Metodología de investigación científica para el estudio de variables de aprendizaje en estudiantes

Contexto: El aprendizaje de los estudiantes es un fenómeno complejo influenciado por múltiples factores. Objetivo: explorar y analizar comparativamente las variables que inciden en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes en diferentes contextos geográficos y culturales del Ecuador. Método: se empleó una metodología mixta que combinó enfoques cuantitativos (cuasi-experimental, análisis de regresión, ANOVA) y cualitativos (enfoque fenomenológico, entrevistas y grupos focales). Resultados: los resultados revelaron que la motivación intrínseca, la autoeficacia, el involucramiento parental, las prácticas pedagógicas efectivas, las estrategias de autorregulación, los recursos educativos y el estilo de aprendizaje visual fueron predictores significativos del rendimiento académico. Además, se identificaron brechas en el desempeño entre las regiones urbana, suburbana y rural, posiblemente relacionadas con diferencias en el acceso a recursos y la calidad de la enseñanza. Conclusión: los hallazgos cualitativos complementaron estas perspectivas, resaltando la importancia de abordar de manera integral los factores personales, familiares y escolares que inciden en el aprendizaje, considerando las necesidades específicas de cada contexto. introductorio sobre el tema en cuestión.
