de la educación virtual. La conclusión más significativa destaca que, bajo las condiciones
adecuadas, la enseñanza en línea puede ser tan efectiva como la presencial, resaltando la
importancia de adaptar las prácticas educativas a este nuevo entorno y de explorar el potencial
de herramientas innovadoras como ChatGPT para enriquecer la experiencia educativa.

Abstract
In the current educational landscape, characterized by increasing digitalization, the study of the
perceptions and practices of university teachers in online teaching has become crucial. Thus, this
study sought to explore how educators perceive and apply pedagogical strategies in virtual
environments, emphasizing effective communication, adaptation to individual needs and student
motivation. The study had a descriptive quantitative approach, where an online survey was
designed and distributed to university teachers, collecting data on important aspects of online
teaching, relevant teaching skills and motivation strategies. The results reveal a clear trend
towards valuing communication, the personalization of learning and the competent use of
information and communication technologies as critical factors for the success of virtual
education. The most significant conclusion highlights that, under the right conditions, online
teaching can be as effective as face-to-face teaching, highlighting the importance of adapting
educational practices to this new environment and exploring the potential of innovative tools such
as ChatGPT to enrich the experience. educational.

Resumo
No atual panorama educativo, caracterizado por uma crescente digitalização, tornou-se crucial o
estudo das percepções e práticas dos docentes universitários no ensino online. Assim, este
estudo buscou explorar como os educadores percebem e aplicam estratégias pedagógicas em
ambientes virtuais, enfatizando a comunicação efetiva, a adaptação às necessidades individuais
